Melan tranex gel cream: 1) Tranexaminezuur (in water oplosbaar synthetisch ingrediënt)  tegen vlekjes na puistjes, zeer effectief voor de donkere huid, vermindert roodheid en alle soorten pigmentvlekken, zeer goed in combinatie met vitamine C. 2) Niacinamide (vitamine B3) hydrateert, tegen roodheid, puistjes en pigmentvlekken, bij fijne lijntjes. 3) Jojoba ester(olie), verzachtend. 4) Zonnebloemolie, antibacterieel, kalmeert, hydrateert, beschermt tegen uitdroging. 5) Melkzuur, hydrateert, stimuleert de aanmaak van collageen, voor een mooie glow. 6) Kojiczuur van Japanse paddenstoelen, remt de aanmaak van pigment. 7) Salicylzuur, van de bast van de wilgenboom, verwijdert dode huidcellen, vermindert talg. 8) Citroenzuur, tegen puistjes en pigmentvlekken.
