Your privacy is very important to Therese-Skin Care Center. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the webshop with information that we learn about you.

Use of personal data

When using our webshop, we receive the following information about you:

Name, address and place of residence

phone number

Billing address

E-mail address

Payment details

IP address

The law calls this "personal data" and says that we should only use it if we explain exactly why and for what reason. You can read this below.

We do not give your personal data to other companies or organizations, except if this is necessary for the webshop or if the law says that you must. An example is that we may report to the police if fraud is suspected.

Your account

Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary at the webshop.

We keep this information for as long as your account exists. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Order processing

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

We keep this information for as long as necessary to process the order, and then until the warranty has expired. We keep some information longer because it is required by law. For example, we must keep proof of your purchase and your invoice for seven years from the tax authorities.

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this: by email and via social media.

You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

Contact form and newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. You must also enter certain information. We keep this until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months later. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, except if this is necessary for our webshop or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires this in the event of a suspected crime).

Some partners are located outside the European Union. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not always have to fill it in. But we can also see that you visit us again.

When you visit our web store for the first time, we will display a message explaining cookies. If you continue to use our webshop, we assume that you do not object to the cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from our webshop will not work properly anymore.

We have made agreements with other companies that place cookies about the use of the cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they do with the cookies themselves. So also read their privacy statements.

Analysis data

We use analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc. to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processing agreement with these parties. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep.

Security of personal data is very important to us.
